Marriage is a tremendous step forward, however much is left to be done to be done before we achieve our mission of obtaining full LGBTQ Equality. Among issues that still need to be addressed are Transgender anti-discrimination rights in health and employment, protecting our at-risk youth, services and sensitivity for the aging LGBTQ community, economic opportunity for our disadvantaged and vulnerable, outreach and inclusion of communities of color, ending DOMA, enacting ENDA, and making immigration practices equal for LGBTQ bi-national couples. Your guests' contributions will allow ERW to continue to advocate for this work.
