Urge your legislators to support equality
In February 2012, Garden State Equality passed a marriage equality bill in both houses of the New Jersey legislature—and with bipartisan support. Governor Christie swiftly vetoed the bill, and we have been working every day since to convince more and more legislators to override Governor Christie's veto. We're only a few votes away, and now more than ever, legislators need to hear from you, their constituents.
Use the form below to find out who your state legislators are by typing in your address or zipcode. You are represented by one state senator and two assembly members. Let them know where you stand and urge them to override Governor Christie's veto.
