Take Action! No Discrimination in Our Constitution

Sen. Jim Forrester (pictured) has filed a bill to amend our state constitution to discriminate against LGBT North Carolinians.

As he works to get other senators to sign on as co-sponsors, Equality NC calls on supporters of fairness to contact their senators in opposition to this bill. The bill would deny same-sex couples access to marriage and any other form of relationship recognition, including partner benefits from private employers.
